Wednesday, November 23, 2011 - Transform Your Life - Discover Your Roots With URBAN ROOTS YOGA!

Concerned the amount of "UM"s I say on camera may inspire a drinking game, I've decided to chant a more uplifting, high-resonated "OM" instead.  According to Melanie,  a registered Yoga teacher and a graduate of The School of Yoga Therapy and Natural Medicine, many people avoid "OM" as a meditation device.

"I don't want to do any chanting, or any weird sounds," they say.  One of Melanie's favourite students admits she loves Yoga, loves the benefits, yet proclaims, "There's no way I'm every going to OM!"  Luckily, OMing is purely optional.

"OM stimulates various parts of the body," Melanie explains, "While studying Yoga Therapy in India, the mantra 'OM' was used for people with heart trouble as the vibration helps to heal tissue and regulate blood pressure."

The founder of Urban Roots Yoga, Melanie believes Yoga can heal and transform your life.  CAMH (The Canadian Addiction and Mental Health Centre) for youths in the Concurrent Disorder Program and the Yellow Door Learning Centre (operated by Seeds of Hope Foundation) certainly agree.  Offering, at no charge, several 16-week Kundalini Yoga for Addiction Recovery programs to participants (in life transition) who visit the house for arts and wellness programs, Melanie's community support changes lives every day!

Toronto businesses such as Sunlife Insurance, Toronto Western Hospital, Flight Centre, Children's Aid, Wellness Inc., MCIS, Hansa Language Centre and Embody Fitness reflect the diversity in Yoga, and its benefits for both young and not-so young clientele.

Originating in India, Yoga (derived from the Sanskrit word 'Yuj' meaning connect or unite) dates back approximately 10,000 years.  "The script of the Vedas," Melanie states, "Eludes the idea of practicing a Yogic Spiritual Lifestyle.  Over 2,000 years ago it was written and described in full detail by Patanjali.

With over 194 aphorisms, Yoga Sutras (otherwise known as Yoga Darshana, the vision of Yoga) express the art and science of traditional Yoga meditation for Self-Realization.  Patanjali, credited with writing the Yoga Sutras, presented Yoga as Ashtanga Yoga, meaning 8 limbs.  "It's eight different aspects for leading a Yogic Lifestyle," explains Melanie, "Which leads to enlightenment."

"Yoga creates a sense of space in the mind and body, allowing you to find clarity."

"Growing up in a small town, my thirst for spirituality and a connection wasn't being quenched," recalls Melanie.  "Always searching for a higher meaning, I had a deeper longing for something more."  Realizing a turn down the wrong path was a blessing in disguise, Melanie changed direction after a brief interlude in a little church courtyard.  "During this dark time, I had an epiphany.  I was to study and teach Yoga, passing these teachings on to others."

Finding the truth within is a spiritual aspect of Yoga.  "Truth leads to trust; in the universe and within ourselves." remarks Melanie.  Knowing we're all connected, she believes Yoga will help achieve the "understanding of a higher power - a spirit, in the world around us; in other people." Whether religious or non-religious, Yoga benefits everyone.

Wednesday, November 16, 2011 - Paranormal Activity

Unexplained manifestations unmeasurable by Science, aka paranormal activity continue to induce screaming, running, fear, panic, excitement, curiosity, and questions; lots of questions.  Do ghosts exist?  Why are they here?  How do I eliminate an unwanted presence?  Can investigations increase activity?

Returning guest Michelle Desrochers, (Canada's Most Haunted/Burlington Ghost Walks) believes ghosts "are definitely out there, judging by everything we've captured in regards to spirits; photographs, voice recordings..." Michelle continues, "We ask the questions, and they (the ghosts) are actually answering us.  This is known as intellegent hauntings."  Some spirits mimic the researchers.

"We have recordings that are residual energy.  They keep playing leftover sounds, over and over again; with no one answering back," concludes Michelle, "There's no rhyme or reason as to why they are there."

"There's a theory we tend to leave imprints of ourselves wherever we go," reflects Michelle, attributing this to our individual life source and the energy in everything around us.  "It definitely raises the question, are ghosts there or not, and why are they there?  It definitely warrants further research. That's what paranormal is all about - continuing to decipher things that can't be explained."

Are ghosts trapped here?  Do they have unfinished business?  Michelle suggests a number of reasons as to why spirits seem earthbound.  "It's all hypothetical.  I don't think we'll ever definitively have all the answers.  Spirits on average can be here because they are trapped.  Maybe they love the place so much they choose to stay there?  Perhaps they're afraid to cross over so they stay behind.  Those who have died suddenly, whether it be a car accident or murder, who don't realize they've passed on, may need to be told."  No doubt you've heard of cases where couples die within minutes, days, weeks or months of each other.  "Sometimes they're waiting for the one left behind."  Michelle attributes this to twin souls who most likely can't survive the trauma of losing one another to death.

Do you believe in ghosts?

Celebrating 10 years of paranormal research, Burlington Ghost Walks is hosted by Michelle Desrochers and Patrick Cross.  Patrick called into our show to give insights to paranormal activity observed during tours of Emma's Back Porch.  Before Burlington Ghost Walks, Patrick visited Emma's to investigate a number of reported hauntings.  Inviting CTV for media coverage, Patrick says, "We found a lot of activity.  After that, half the Burlington community jumped in with reports of ghost activity."  Supported by City of Burlington, Patrick gathered folklore from local residents and built a tour around it.  Investigations into Burlington and Halton Region's Most Haunted Places and it's Ghosts, Burlington Ghost Walks was established in 1999.   Michelle and Patrick are also the current Paranormal Representatives for Casa Loma.

Active in TV and Media, Michelle also organizes large paranormal events in CA and the US.

Amateur Ghost Researchers are advised to stay away from old, potentially unsafe buildings as many deaths have resulted from carelessness or faulty structures.  Joining a reputable ghost walk ensures the best results!  Bring along a camera, flashlight, comfortable walking shoes and any prefered ghost hunting equipment such as a dowsing rod, digital recorder, EMF detector and so forth.

"A dowsing rod, going back decades, is used to find water sources," explains Michelle.  "You can make them out of wire hangers or buy them. Whenever you hit water or spirit energy (cold spot) the wires will cross.  I'm a bit skeptical but many people swear by them."

"EMF Detectors will measure the electromagnetic field," says Michelle, prefering this method. "Whereas some detectors will blink and make all kinds of racket, these will speak."  Accrediting the EMF dectector and its 2000 word vocabulary to much of their success, Michelle shares their findings when collaborating with the Toronto Star.  In the stables of Casa Loma, the EMF detector spoke to Michelle.

EMF:        "No children.  Quarantine.  Up."
Michelle:   "Were the children sick?"
EMF:        "Yes."

Further research concluded in 1919 there was an outbreak of influenza.  In quarantine, the children resided upstairs.  6000 Torontonians died.

Spirit Orbs captured by camera enthusists on the Ghost Walk are described as a "ball of energy".  Michelle clarifies how these globes can be misinterpreted. "Scientifically, so many things can portray an orb; dust, pollen, moisture, dander, dirt and particles.  Insects, sometimes captured in the camera lens and lighting (at the right angle) will appear as a glow of light."  Orbs can reflect patterns, faces and various colours, yet "most times they can easily be explained away.  In research you have to find that fine line, take a step back and view things logically.  It's a process of elimination, and what you have left with is what you work with."

It's evident Michelle enjoys researching paranormal activity, both intuitively and scientifically.  If there's a ghost of a chance there's something out there, Michelle will find it.  ;)

Wednesday, November 9, 2011 - You Can Dolittle or Do a Lot!

Frances the Talking MuleDay of the DolphinMister Ed, Alvin and the Chipmunks, The Shaggy Dog, Babe, Bolt...the list goes on.  For decades we've dreamt of communicating with animals.  In our animal-lovin' hearts, we all want to be Dr. DolittleElaine Turner, like many other animal whisperers, turns fantasy into reality.

"Why is my cat psycho?" one viewer asked.  "Why is he such a finicky eater?"  "Why does my cat have an attitude?"  "Is my cat planning an escape?"  (and my personal favourite) "What do you think of people who paint their cat like Pikachu?"  Questions from viewers pertaining to dogs, cats, horses and other 4-legged companions reflect the need to know, what is my pet thinking?

Elaine, from Pawsitive-Connections explains we all have the ability to hear animals; are we listening?  With an open mind, anything is possible.

Sharing her own experience, Elaine recalls a time when a particular cat urinated and defacated everywhere.  Not pleased having their home utilized as a giant litter box, his owners contacted Elaine.  During a session,  Elaine discovered the cat's actions were premeditated.  An older cat within the home had a similar accident on the rug.   Knowing the aging cat would not appreciate him letting the cat out of the bag, ("She's going to be angry", he said) the urinating cat brought attention to the concealed ailment.  Working with the family, Elaine brought information to light, resulting in a veterinary visit.  Receiving much needed medical attention, the older cat thrived.  Mission accomplished, our compassionate hero reclaims his litter box.

"Animals not only look after us, they also look after each other," states Elaine, who points out it's always important to praise your animal for a job well done.

"A RUNAWAY rooster - its crowing at dawn heralds each new day.The rooster, which set up home in Styvechale after apparently straying from its owners, was lassoed after a month-long reign as cock of the walk. The squawking squatter had made its home in back gardens around Asthill Croft and Michaelmas Road. But residents were not so happy about their new neighbour and his raucous welcome to each new day. Now everyone can sleep easy, for the rooster has moved to a new home at an animal sanctuary," reported The Evening Telegraph on May 24, 2005.

"My parents contacted me to let me know they were moving him to a farm."  Communicating with the rooster, Elaine found "He was quite upset about having to move at first. Once he settled with the chickens in the coup he was quite happy."

Growing up, a tortoise held a special place in Elaine's heart.  "He always wandered off,"  Elaine remembers, "So much so, that we had to write our phone number on his shell."  When that method didn't bring results, Elaine relied on her intuition to find the runaway.  "I saw a vision of his location.  When we went to pick him up, that's where we found him."

Although intuition is a valuable part of the animal communicative equation, Elaine also finds animals respond well to Reiki treatments.  The intent is to gently heal emotional, physical or behavioural illnesses or injuries.  Administering Reiki for three consecutive days, Elaine's healing energy extended her son's hampster's life.   Reiki can be performed in person, hands on or at a distance. Reiki is not limited by time, space or distance, therefore, Reiki energy can be received just as effectively the other side of the world as it can when the practitioner and animal are in the same room.  Animals decide how much Reiki they want to accept and for how long. They determine where they want the Reiki to help them, either physically, emotionally or both. Reiki is not intended as an alternative to veterinary care.

Accepting our invitation to appear on the show, 11-month old Jonah  (who recently joined our family) was the purrfect guest.  A loveable orange tabby, he transitioned well to his new environment.  One Sunday afternoon, Elaine asked Jonah's permission (very important) to engage in conversation.  We learnt Jonah takes his "job" seriously and prides himself on being a "warden", watching over our family.  Jonah teaches my 8 year old son (diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder) manners, anticipating Dorian's success in overcoming the ASD label by exceeding expectations.  Acting as a liason between my two sons, Jonah plays peacemaker, happy to be one of Three Muskateers (his words).  Pleased to hear Jonah loves his nickname Puss Puss, our family thanks Elaine for her wonderful insight.  We also thanked Jonah for sharing his thoughts and unconditional love.

Elaine is inspiring, so much so, I asked, "How may I communicate with Jonah?"  I've always felt a special bond with animals and pride myself on reading their expressions.  I rely on animal totems to receive messages.  Reminding me to keep "open", Elaine's encouragement gave me an incredible gift.  I highly recomend Elaine Turner and invite you to visit her website at http://www.pawsitive-connections.com/.  Since Jonah's session with Elaine, I've felt more in tune.

One morning, sitting at my feet, Jonah suddenly jumped to attention.  I mentally asked, "What's up, Puss Puss?"  In my head, he responded, "Dorian's into the candy."  Although the Halloween candy was locked up, I trusted Jonah's concern.

Mommy (calling downstairs):  "Dorian, what are you up to?"
Dorian (from downstairs):  "Nothing."
Mommy (disbelieving):  "Really?  Jonah told me you're into the candy!"
Dorian (slinking up the stairs, peeking his head around the corner):  "Don't be mad, okay?"

The day prior, my parents dropped off some maple sugar treats.  Dorian found them.  I thanked Jonah for a job well done!

Dr. Dolittle - If I Could Talk To The Animals

If we could talk to the animals, just imagine it
Chatting to a chimp in chimpanzee
Imagine talking to a tiger, chatting to a cheetah
What a neat achievement that would be.

If we could talk to the animals, learn their languages
Maybe take an animal degree.
We'd study elephant and eagle, buffalo and beagle,
Alligator, guinea pig, and flea.
We would converse in polar bear and python,
And we could curse in fluent kangaroo.
If people asked us, can you speak in rhinoceros,

We'd say, 'Of courserous, can't you?'

If we could talk to the animals, learn their languages
Think of all the things we could discuss
If we could walk with the animals, talk with the animals,
Grunt and squeak and squawk with the animals,
And they could squeak and squawk and speak and talk to us.

Tuesday, October 26, 2011 - Chi Kung - The Art of Effortless Power

For those of you familiar with Chi Kung, it may come as no surprise this form of effortless power can save lives!  Diagnosed with cancer at the age of 21 and given only 8 to 9 months to live, Irina Beniot, of Lasting Change Hypnosis, looked to Chi Kung as a possible cure.  In the Communist Regime of Moscow, under the tutelage of a Chinese Medicine local practitioner, Irina practised Chi Kung exercises daily in efforts to restore her health.  Instead of a death sentence, within 6 to 9 months Irina's blood levels were back to normal.

"Chi Kung most likely originated long before traditional Chinese medicine", Irina reveals.  "In China they found clay tablets with pictures of people practising Chi Kung.  They did research and found these to be 8,000 to 10,000 years old.  It appears Chi Kung came long before the traditional Chinese medicine.  Chi Kung translates to working with the chi which is life force energy, also known as qui, hara and prana.  It is the same life force that surrounds us, know as the breath of life.  It is the art of breathing, deep relaxation, focused awareness and meditation."
Irina explains Chi Kung utilizes "very slow movements, focusing our awareness inward.  We're training the mind to stay in certain parts of the body.  In traditional Chinese medicine they call them Tai Chuangs or Cauldrans; three major energy centres."  We learnt the Lower Tai Chuang is the stomach, the Middle Tai Chuang is the heart, and the Upper Tai Chuang is the Third Eye.  Being the most vital centres in the body, they regulate all the energy between the organs and systems; the nervous system, the cranial system, hormones, all relationships within the body.

Chi Kung's main focus is the Lower Tai Chuang.  "When we are babies," states Irina, "We are connected to our mothers by the umbilical cord."  Comparing the belly button area (believed to be the energy that was given to us by our parents) as a "million dollars in our bank account" Irina surmises every organ, and all energy needed goes to the bank to make a withdrawl.  "We are born with that energy, that million dollar account, yet we're wasting (spending) it by way of foods we eat, water we drink, toxic emotions/thoughts and lifestyle.  Attributing this to lack of communication, Irina reasons, "No one taught us how to deal with our negative thoughts and feelings."  Chinese medicine, Chi Kung, can help us preserve the energy within our body by opening blocked pathways (Meridians).  "With the Chi Kung, you learn how to bring the energy in and feed your organs with that abundance of energy.  This helps your immune system to recover; to turn on the self-healing mechanism."

"I believe Chi Kung is a natural gift we must use", Irina says, noting there's a reason why it's been practised for centuries.  "I've trained over 1000 people who claim Chi Kung has saved their lives."

Wednesday, October 19, 2011 - Farewell Maryanne Grabowski - Forever Loved, Forever Missed

Do you believe in angels on earth?  Doreen Virtue's book Realms of the Earth Angels affirms angels among us were incarnated with the soul purpose of assisting and evolutionizing the planet.  Such an angel was Maryanne Grabowski

On October 12, 2011, Maryanne joined the Ask Your Angels Talk Show to share her belief in positive thinking and healthy affirmations.  Knowing we have the power to change our lives, Maryanne's message is clear - keep positive!  It is the key to good health, happiness, joy, peace and success!

If you're reading this blog, most likely you understand we all have our individual paths to follow.  Yet we are also spiritually connected throughout this journey we call life, or the human experience.  Like so many others, I felt an instant connection with Maryanne.  An old soul, her divine purpose was to educate and guide us, keeping our flight at a high altitude.

With only two hours to go before our October 19th show (Michelle Desrochers from Canada's Most Haunted was to return as our guest) I learnt Maryanne Grabowski passed away from a brain aneurism that day.  Overcome with grief, I immediately cancelled our scheduled show.

Our earth angel has fallen.  Knowing Maryanne's positive influence in my life, it is evident her passing will affect many.  That night, on BlogTV, I requested a candlelight prayer in honor of Maryanne Grabowski.  Her love for humanity gave us a great gift - one that will live on forever.  Today, I ask you to be thankful for all your blessings.  I invite you to review Maryanne's words (Reflect the Soul Within - Be the Change You Wish to See) and live your lives positively.  Most of all, never forget Maryanne Grabowski

The golden moments in the stream of life rush past us and we see nothing but sand; the angels come to visit us, and we only know them when they are gone.  ~George Elliot

Maryanne, Forever in Our Hearts

Skies of gloom
Torrents of rain;
The angry earth
Reflects our pain
The memory of you
Time can’t erase
Though the Universe keeps
It’s steady pace.
Time goes on
As do we.
Heaven-bound
Your soul soars free.
Another angel beckoned home
We’re left bewildered and alone.
Maryanne,
Forever friend
Your legacy,
Has no end.
Unselfishly
Without hesitation
Shared affirmations
Through meditation
Words pure of heart
In a world slowly sinking
You lifted us up
With positive thinking
Our journey continues
Deprived of fear
Knowing in spirit
Your are near.
Inspiring, guiding
Forevermore
Until we meet
At Heaven’s door.

In loving memory of Maryanne Grabowski,
by your friend, Christine Frances (Ask Your Angels)

Wednesday, October 12, 2011 - Reflect the Soul Within - Be the Change You Want to See

Maryanne Grabowski from Florence Dwelling joined me to discuss the power of positive thinking.

"In the world we live in today with all of the negative influences around us, whether it be media, talking in a social group, the first thing you do in the morning such as picking up the paper - a negative statement in the headlines, these have already bombarded you in your first few minutes." Maryanne acknowledges keeping positive isn't always easy. "Upon awakening, meditation allows you to have focus to do your affirmations along with your mind and body work. Yoga encompasses all. Healing the body and mind together are the prime objective."

At Florence Dwelling (a spiritual centre located at 143 Locke Street in Hamilton, ON), Maryanne and her partner Terry offer worshops on a variety of energy healing topics, such as Reiki, Crystal Healing, Meditation Classes, Healing Circles, Angel Magic, Psychic Healing, Angel Card Readings (compliments of T.K. Atkinson who appeared on our show a few weeks back) including Spiritual and Positive Affirmations. A variety of products are also available; magic wands, crystals, CD's, and more.

"Workshops we offer," Maryanne explains, "Help people to find that focus; that inner spark, that contact they need with themselves in order to go through that positive affirmation process, to clear away the negative allowing them to move on with their lives with some focus and intent. In making yourselves better, doing things better, you must realize the impact and overall intent of the outcome.

Understanding that not everyone is 100% positive all the time, Maryanne conceives, "There are those who get down on themselves; there are good days and bad days. There are those who like to make others miserable. Using energy to enhance yourself creates your own reality. Positive affirmations on a consistent basis such as, "I am healthier today; I am well" can turn your life around. It also helps rectify the negative, unsavoury experiences around you. It affects everybody. Being who you are naturally helps someone else be who they are."

A number of cases where people have healed themselves from serious illness by searching within and keeping positive conclude miracles happen every day. "When you program your mind, your brain with all its electrochemical balance - the pluses, the minuses, the positives, the negatives, the chemicals that cause cellular structurals (different growths), this will affect the body and how it grows. What happens with the body is directly affected by the mind. By having a positive mind-set you can make yourself happy, healthy and whole." Practise is the key.

"Always remember to maintain a positive attitude about yourself whenever times are tough, when you feel overwhelmed, when you fear you won't succeed, whether you have an illness or down-side on your luck. Come back up from those depths; make yourself more whole or rise above by positive affirmation, laws of attraction and being the change you want to see in this world. Think all those things and consider the facts that I can make my existence, I can make myself better, I can represent myself as to who I am because I am a person who deserves that. The strong point - we have control over ourselves."

It is our responsibility to maintain control in our lives, utilizing positive thinking to safeguard against negativity from outside sources.

With gratitude we thank our special guest, Maryanne Grabowski (Florence Dwelling) for a memorable experience and the gift of positive thinking.

Wednesday, October 5, 2011 - Mind, Body and Soul - Your Journey to Wellness

With only a day to go before our next blog show I was quite concerned over who would be joining us for the evening.  The phone rang.  Dr. John Stewart, a previous guest on Ask Your Angels called to see how the "tech guy" and I were getting along.

"I've yet to find anyone for tomorrow night's show John," I replied.  John asked if I'd called Nicole Dunn.  (John highly recommended Nicole a few weeks prior, however it slipped my mind.)

They say "God works in mysterious ways."  I can see why some would take this view.  However, when it comes to Angels, they are quite obvious.  Watch for signs.  Angels are great networkers.  Answering a silent cry for help my angel spoke to John's angel.  Perhaps John felt a whisper of wings near his ear or a flutter in his heart; no matter.  The message was sent and John called.

I felt an instant connection to Nicole who suggested a discussion on Acupuncture, Reiki and Bowan Therapy.  With a meditation class just prior she'd need to fly out the door to be here by 8:20 p.m.

True to her promise Nicole arrived on time, despite a client fainting toward the end of meditation class.  "That's a little more relaxed than you want them to get," I surmised.  Nicole agreed, explaining the meditation works wonders in dispelling toxins.  Feeling the stress of the day melting away the woman in question experienced extreme heat which lead to lightheadednessOnce revived, she assured Nicole the experience was very positive.  Nicole invited our viewers to her upcoming Meditation Class.

New to Bowan Therapy, I was intriqued.  To quote Nicole's website, "The Bowen Technique is a gentle, deeply relaxing, non-invasive physical therapy that frees the body to attain its natural balance and healing. Effective as a structural treatment for specific pain, Bowen therapy addresses the body as a whole. Its embrace often extends beyond the presenting symptom to the healing of underlying physical, chemical, emotional and mental causes of chronic illnesses."

The Bowan method is gentle and non-invasive.  Stress, when absorbed by the body, leads to many physical aiments in addition to emotional set-backs.  Targeting a specific problem, Bowan Therapy offers recovery and pain relief by eliminating stress build-up in muscles and soft tissues.

Acupuncture is another effective method for balancing internal organs.  Barely coping with pain from an ear infection, Nicole's son found relief from acupuncture minutes following treatment.  One listener on pins and needles asked "How painful is the procedure?"  Placing a small, hair-thin, sterilized stainless steel pin in the dermis, Nicole demonstrated.  Following, she exhibited an uncut, pain-free hand.

Another caller asked, "Can infertility be cured by acupuncture?"  Explaining that meridians (energy channels) run throughout our bodies, Nicole offered an example of how a disfunctional flow can affect our bodies.  "Picture a circuit board," she suggested.  By visualizing lines going from one tissue to the other, all lit up, we recognize the body in perfect working order.  Now visualize some of those lines burnt out, or blinking.  Something is amiss.  Acupuncture can assist in reconnecting those points, resulting in overall well-being and increased energy.  In this state, anything is possible!

Acupuncture Ear Therapy is the new craze.  With over 200 points around our ears representing various parts of our anatomy, treatments can be as easy as placing a stud on your ear; periodically tapping it for results.  However, Nicole conjects that many teenage ear piercings could lead to underlying internal issues.  Food for thought.

Having recently graduated Reiki - Level 1, I was happy to share Nicole's thoughts on energy healing.  (Please note, whereas I have graduated Reiki I, Nicole is a Reiki Master.)  Reiki symbols are sacred, handed down from Master to Master.  Reiki (Universal Life Energy) is the art of directing energy to the patient.  Spiritual in nature, Reiki is not a religion.  One must not give Reiki without permission.  Reiki will balance mind, body and soul.

Our discussion quickly moved to Iridology.  Excluded from the line-up, this topic proved to be most fascinating of all!  Dating back to 1861, Iridology offers a window view (through the iris) of our internal organs and exposed nerve endings. Sharing the story of Nils Liljequist who found an owl with a broken leg (it's suggested the young Swedish boy broke the owl's leg) Nicole takes us on a journey of wonder.

Observing a black stripe in the owl's iris following the breakage, Nils took note.  After nursing the owl back to health Niles aknowledged the disappearance of the black stripe.  Now replaced by fine, jagged white lines similar to stitches, Niles appreciated the body's ability to heal itself.

Years passed, and Niles became a doctor specializing in Iridology.  (Hopefully we can entice Nicole back to our show to discuss Iridology in detail.)

In the meantime, we welcome you to contact Nicole at http://www.nicoledunn.ca/ or by phoning 905-407-0210.

A special thank you to Nicole for joining us on such short notice!  I'm sure you'll agree, the evening was a great success!
